Kinesiology & Exercise Physiology Portfolio

I am a fourth-year Kinesiology student at the University of Calgary with a focus on human movement, rehabilitation, and data-informed analysis. My academic training has developed my skills in quantitative analysis, research interpretation, and evidence-informed problem solving. I also consider myself an entrepreneur, after co-founding a program called KiDEA! Feel free to learn more about this initiative under "KiDEA" in the navbar.

About Me

I am particularly interested in how communication and education influence health outcomes. This perspective has guided my involvement in initiatives such as KiDES, where I have worked to develop accessible, developmentally appropriate approaches to teaching anatomical concepts to children in clinical and educational settings.

My long-term goal is to pursue graduate training in Physiotherapy, where I hope to further integrate clinical expertise with evidence-based practice. I am especially drawn to approaches that enhance patient involvement and understanding, thus supporting meaningful engagement in care.

I value interdisciplinary collaboration, thoughtful problem solving, and the application of research to real-world contexts. I am motivated to contribute to healthcare environments that prioritize both scientific rigor and patient experience.
